OWLS stands for Opening Worlds through Literacy Skills. High quality Early Literacy classes for children in their formative years. OWLS…IN is dedicated to providing children in Notting Hill, Holland Park and Kensington with unparalleled literacy development opportunities, ensuring they receive the best start in their educational journey.
Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure all children, regardless of their language spoken at home, are given the very richest start to literacy development. We will keep communication skills at the very heart of what we offer prioritising space for speaking, listening, focus and attention and child led research.
Our Vision
We believe that all children deserve to have their voices heard. In order to do that, and whilst acknowledging that all behaviour is communication, children should be given the opportunity to explore language and communication in its very fullest definition.
Throughout our website you will see that each section will always ask the question “How will this benefit my child?” The answer will be brief - if it doesn’t benefit children it doesn’t exist in our practise.
